Smoky Rosemary Coffee Mocktail

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we're celebrating with our take on an elevated Irish Coffee. This Smoky Rosemary Coffee Mocktail combines flash cold brew coffee with rosemary and brown sugar syrup, American malt spirit, and— wait for it—coconut cold foam. It’s the perfect coffee-lover's cocktail.

The recipe below uses a non-alcoholic American Malt from Lyre's, but you can always substitute it with your own favorite malt spirit.

Smoky Rosemary Coffee Cocktail (Non-alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • Flash cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz rosemary and brown sugar syrup. Adapted from House of Plenty.
  • 1.5 oz Lyre’s American Malt
  • Coconut cold foam

Directions

  1. Make your flash cold brew coffee. You can brew it in under 4 minutes using this recipe.
  2. Build the drink in a rocks glass: Pour the rosemary and brown sugar syrup first, then the American Malt spirit.
  3. Fill the glass with the flash brew, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top
  4. Give it a stir to incorporate drink components
  5. Dollop with a generous heap of coconut cold foam
  6. Add a rosemary garnish on top. Cheers!
