Congratulations to the 2022 World Coffee Champions

On September 27-30, the World Coffee Championships (WCC) came to Melbourne, Australia, with close to 100 national champions and competitors participating in the World Barista Championship (WBC) and the World Brewers Cup (WBrC). Comprised of three rounds, the WBC sees champion competitors each prepare 4 espressos, 4 milk drinks, and 4 original signature drinks to exacting standards in a 15-minute performance set to music. The WBrC highlights the craft of filter coffee brewing by hand, promoting manual coffee brewing and service excellence across two competitive rounds. 

Congratulations to all of the competitors. It was an honor to be there to support you. Also, huge congratulations to Shih Yuan Hsu (Sherry) for winning the 2022 World Brewers Cup. We thank you for choosing us to be your trusted kettle.
