Some Things to Consider
To ensure that your claim is processed and delivered with the highest level of service, please:
Include as much information as possible when submitting your claim
- Shipping is the responsibility of the claimant.
- Don’t dispose of or return the the item to us before we contact you
- Don’t send more than one claim for the same item. If you’d like to add information after submitting your claim, please contact support@brewista.co
- Allow up to 10 business days to process your claim
- Depending on the circumstance, you may be responsible for shipping fees.
- Your satisfaction is as important to us as your elevated coffee experience! To begin a claim, fill out the form below.
- International customers will be responsible for the shipping cost and any fees/duties/taxes at customs.
Warranty Exclusions
While our glassware should stand up to normal, everyday use, we cannot offer a warranty on these items: Glass Coffee Servers and the Tornado Duo.
