Tengo una jarra brewista pero tarda mas de 20 minutos en calentar el litro

I have the “stainless steel” version. It is only four months old and rusting! I have been drinking tea for 40+ years and this is the worst kettle and most expensive I have ever owned. It also shows all of the fingerprints. The quality is that bad. It’s under warranty and customer service has been horrendous to work with. You have to communicate only through emails, there is conveniently NO phone number.

Honestly, these kettles are great. Good flow rate, programmable, versatile, easy to use. I recommend reading the manual to understand each button, but once you get your bearings, it’s an excellent value, and you’d do well to have it in your brewing lineup.
